The changing environment of human resource management and enterprise innovation is placing additional demands on human resource practitioners and manager alike. Human resource practitioners are now being seen at the centre of organisational change, particularly when such change is being driven through advances in technology. This has placed a considerable burden on the professional human resource practitioner and industry as a whole. Accordingly human resource management and enterprise innovation are at the forefront of research in an endeavour to improve the capability of both human resource professionals and organisations alike.
